Overseas Orders  Please let us know your location and we will get back to you on the cost of postage and packaging as this varies from country to country depending upon the zoned destination. Our Posting & Packaging and Refunds Policy At Babyboo-K we value your custom and know how important it is to have your items delivered on time. So we currently use Royal Mail, a local cab company and where we can hand deliver our cakes to Central London and the surrounding areas. All UK orders received before 12:00pm Monday - Thursday will be sent out the same day (unless when we are very busy, we will aim to send it out the next working day) Orders received after 12.00pm will be sent out the following day, or ifi it is a Friday it will not be sent out until Monday morning. We welcome overseas orders. Please simply email us with your details via the Contact Us page and we will calculate your postage and packaging and contact you with the details before processing your order. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail recorded post. If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail recorded post and you will like to track your parcel, please let us know and we will email you the tracking number for your parcel which you can use on the Royal Mail site www.royalmail.com to trace your parcel. Simply click 'Track and Trace' and enter your 13 digit number. The status of your order will be shown. Returns and Refunds We are confident that you will be delighted and thrilled with our nappy cakes; if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing the goods are returned in perfect original condition and are unused, within 7 days. The only exception to this rule is for personalised cakes; please not that personlised items cannot be refunded. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if a customer returns a package and we do not receive it. As a result, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
